We have an excellent record of academic and pastoral achievement and we pride ourselves on creating a caring and respectful ethos where every child is known.

This is an exciting time for our College as we strive to move towards becoming a truly great school. In order to support this vision, we are looking to appoint an Assistant Headteacher to lead the teaching and learning provision across the whole school and to secure continued College improvement.

About the Job

We are seeking to appoint an excellent leader, manager and teacher who will help Uplands Community College further develop improvements made in recent years.  The role will involve working closely with local schools.  You will drive improvements in the outcomes for students at Key Stage 5.
